Return Policy
At Emily & Peter Vancouver customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This Return Policy clearly explains the conditions and procedures for returns.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing the item is not.

Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or items to return part of the order are not permitted and may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

Register your return by emailing info@emilypetervancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

After registration, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping, customs, or import costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments. Please send us the track and trace by mail to move forward.
Returns sent without prior registration may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and has been inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
Liability

Emily & Peter Vancouver is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
